Take your hydration into your own hands with our self-serve portal, an efficient and flexible way for you to manage your water account. Our self-serve portal is a secured customer area just for you where you can order water, view your invoices, and make payments.

Benefits of using our Self-serve portal
  • If you normally phone or email us to make an order, you can now place one through the portal instead, saving you time
  • The portal works on mobile too – letting you make orders on the go
  • Access your accounts and orders easily wherever you are
  • Receive regular deliveries with an email confirmation of your next scheduled order
  • Ability to order when required, we’ll let you know when we’re next delivering in your area, giving you the option to place an order quickly and conveniently
  • And if you don’t need water, you can easily cancel your order
  • Pay for your invoices through our secure checkout
